The process of making creamed cinnamon honey is straightforward and starts with amazing raw honey. Here's how it's done:<br>
1. Place the raw honey in a mixer bowl with a whip attachment.<br>
2. Whip on medium speed for a long time (up to an hour) until the honey turns white and creamy. <br>
3. Stir in organic Ceylon cinnamon and jar it.<br>
