✔ Pasture Raised *The goats have free access to pasture year round. However, in the hot summer, they usually choose to stay in the barn.
✔ Corn & Soy Free *When they're not eating forage at pasture, they are fed a GMO-free, corn-free, soy-free, and chemical-free feed from a farmer that raises and mixes the grains himself. Feed contains barley, oats, peas, alfalfa, and minerals.
✔ Non-Homogenized *Our dairy is full fat and unaltered. This means that the cream will rise to the top (milk requires a shake before pouring) and dairy products like yogurt will separate a bit more quickly. We try to do things as naturally as possible.
✔ Raw *Raw milk is never heated or altered in any way (only cooled). Cultured products are never heated above 110F.
✔ No Chemicals, Drugs, or GMOs *Our farmers do things naturally. They don't use chemical fertilizers. Animals don't receive antibiotics, hormones, steroids, vaccines, or anything like that. And everything is GMO free. The only exception is that, when a farmer buys new large animals like pork, beef, and dairy cows, they may have received a vaccine before they got them.
