The best way to cook pork loin end roast is to sear and then roast it. Searing it first in a fat of your choice at high heat gives it that nice crispy, caramelized outside. Then, shifting to the oven to roast at 350F for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145F will keep the pork juicy and tender every time!

Pork loin end roast goes great with many herbs like; sage, thyme, rosemary, caraway seeds, mustard seeds, fennel, cloves, garlic, and parsley.
