Give them a soak in a salt water brine for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours before cooking. This helps the pork chops retain moisture and stay tender while cooking. <br><br> Seal in those juices by giving the chops a quick sear in a hot pan or a cast iron skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then, transfer to the oven at 350F for 20-30 minutes to finish cooking. <br><br> Our pork chops pair well with rosemary, sage, garlic, apples, and barbeque sauces. </br></br></br></br></div> </input></div>
