You can slow thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water, changing the water every 20-30 minutes until thawed.

Try them with this delicious <strong>Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce!
</strong> In a pot bring these ingredients to a low boil:
<ul><li>1 ½ cups ketchup</li>
<li>1 cup honey</li>
<li>½ cup maple syrup</li>
<li>⅓ cup water</li>
<li>¼ cup apple cider vinegar</li>
<li>2 tablespoons molasses</li>
<li>2 tablespoons dry mustard</li>
<li>1 tablespoon smoked paprika</li>
<li>2 teaspoons salt</li>
<li>½ teaspoon cracked black pepper</li></ul>

Our pigs are raised in the woods. In addition to the nuts and roots and other foraged foods they find solo, the pigs are fed lots of skim milk and a corn & soy free feed. The feed contains a blend of peas, fish meal, seashell flour, alfalfa meal, wheat middlings, kelp, probiotics, vitamins, and minerals.</div>
