Our wild caught keta salmon, sometimes known as chum salmon has a mild flavor, firm texture, and pink color. It's a favorite of individuals who do not like the rich flavor of traditional red salmon. Each wild caught keta portion is 6 oz, boneless, and has the skin on. Cuts vary and may be from the collar, center, or tail.
