Honey technically lasts forever. But there are some tips to keep it in its best shape.<br>
<p><strong>Storage Tips:</strong> Honey is best stored at temperatures above 77°F to avoid crystallization. The lower the temp, the faster the honey will crystallize.</p>
<p><strong>Crystallization:</strong> If it's the real deal raw honey (never heated or altered in any way), it will eventually turn solid and crystallize. If crystallized honey is left for too long, it will ferment. There's nothing you can do to prevent this. </p>
<p><strong>How to De-Crystallize Honey:</strong> Take a large bowl, fill it with warm water, and let your honey sit in it until the crystals melt away. Just make sure to heat the honey to no more than 104F to maintain all the beneficial microbiology.</p>
