<div class="answers">To braise a chuck eye steak, sear the steak on all sides, then cook it in a braising liquid like beef bone broth with some fresh herbs like parsley, rosemary, garlic, pepper and sea salt. Then pop it into the oven covered at 350F for a few hours or until it falls apart.<br><br>
To grill a chuck eye steak, start by getting your grill nice and hot, around medium-high. Make sure the grates are clean and a little greased up. Sprinkle your steaks with your favorite seasonings, ours are black pepper, sea salt, minced garlic and minced onion. Then, toss them on the hot grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Keep flipping them every few minutes until they're cooked just the way you like them. You’ll want to cut it super thin, so it’s not tough and chewy!<br>
