Our beef is dry aged (or hung) for 10 days.
What are the health benefits of eating beef heart?
Beef heart is packed with nutrients! It's high in protein, B vitamins, iron, zinc, and coenzyme Q10.
What does beef heart taste like?
Beef heart tastes like a richer, more intense version of beef. It can be slightly gamey or have an iron-like flavor. Its texture is dense and slightly chewy.
Do your cows get mRNA vaccines?
Nope! At Miller's, it's a hard no for mRNA vaccines. None of our animals have or will get them. While we're on the topic, none of our farmers vaccinate their animals at all!
