<div class="answers">Our raw heavy cream should last 10-14 days in the fridge before becoming too sour for your furry family to palate. You can also freeze cream for 3-6 months (although it may be a little clumpy when thawed). But, of course, once it's opened there are so many variables that can affect shelf life (contaminants getting in, etc).<br/></div>

Our cream is made the old fashioned way. Here's how we do it:<br>
1. When still warm, our raw milk is poured into a cream separator. It spins the milk so the low density cream stays in the center and is separated from the skim milk on the outer edge.<br>
2. The cream is immediately put in a bulk tank and is cooled. <br>
3. We bottle the cream within a day or two just for you.</br></br></br></div>
