<div class="answers">Our ice cream should last up to 1 year in the freezer. But, of course, once it's opened there are so many variables that can affect shelf life (contaminants getting in, etc). It should last at least 1 month in the freezer once it's opened.<br/></div>

Our ice cream is made simply with an old fashioned recipe. Here's how we do it:<br>
1. We mix the raw cream, raw egg yolks, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until thoroughly combined.<br>
2. We put the ihe ice cream mix in our ice cream churn. It takes about 13 minutes to slowly freeze into fluffy ice cream. <br>
3. We put the ice cream into containers and put it in the freezer immediately.</br></br></br></div>
