Sustainably harvested, wild caught, and processed in the USA (Pacific Northwest). To maintain top quality, our rockfish is slid onto the boat to reduce bruising, immediately submerged in ice cold sea water to keep it under 40 degrees, and then flash-frozen hours after the catch to capture the best color, flavor, and texture. <br><br> Butchering is done in house at Wild For Salmon. The fillets are are individually vacuum sealed and contain only raw fish - no additive or preservatives.</br></br></div>

The rockfish fillet is packaged in HDPE plastic, which is the most environmentally stable of all plastics. It does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, harmful fumes, or allergens. But all plastic has the potential to leach chemicals.</div>
