Here's how it's done:\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e1. Bones (including feet and neck bones), veggies, herbs and well water are added to a big stainless steel pressure cooker.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e2. It is carefully cooked for 1 ½ hours, and then the broth is strained.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e3. Now that the bones are nice and soft, organic apple cider vinegar is added to help extract max nutrition from the bones during a second cook. Fresh water is added, and it cooks for another 1 ½ hours.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4. The second batch of bone broth is strained and mixed into the first batch of bone broth.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e5. It's salted with sea salt and cooled down to 80F.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e6. It’s then poured into containers and cooled some more.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e7.
