Here's how we do it:\u003cbr\u003e\n1.  We mix the raw cream, raw egg yolks, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until thoroughly combined.\u003cbr\u003e\n2. We put the ihe ice cream mix in our ice cream churn. It takes about 13 minutes to slowly freeze into fluffy ice cream. \u003cbr\u003e\n3.
